Maths practice kids
actually want to do.

Blaffie is a small, excitable puppy who lives in your child's phone and genuinely loses his mind when they get a sum right. Underneath, it is serious practice graded to the CAPS curriculum.

1

Find their level

A few gentle questions place your child on the map — no test anxiety, no starting at the bottom because of their age.

2

Practise in the garden

Short, game-like sessions along a path of skills graded to the CAPS curriculum. Blaffie is right there with them.

3

Earn paws and streaks

Every session earns paws. Come back tomorrow and the streak grows. Trophies land for the milestones that matter.

The app

A garden, not a worksheet

Skills sit along a winding path. Your child walks it at their own pace, and Blaffie trots alongside.

Why it works

Built by a parent, for a specific problem

Blaffie started because one child's marks were slipping and nothing on the shelf helped. Every decision in it is aimed at the child who would rather do anything else.

A daily challenge worth beating

Ten times-table questions against the clock, once a day. Answer fast and accurately and you earn double paws. It only ever asks about tables your child has actually reached — never the ones they have not met yet.

Mastery you can trust

Blaffie measures how quickly your child answers, not just whether they got it right. Knowing 7 × 8 and counting to 7 × 8 on your fingers are different things, and the app can tell them apart.

It adapts, quietly

Skills unlock as they are earned, and anything wobbly comes back for review a few days later. Your child just sees a path through a garden.

One tap back to grown-up mode

Switch between your child and yourself with a fingerprint or a four-digit PIN. No signing out, no re-entering passwords, no handing over your phone unlocked.

For the grown-ups

Safe by design, not by promise

Blaffie is used by children, so it is built to the strictest reading of South Africa's POPIA and the children's-privacy rules that go with it.
